3. Scheduling and Access

  • Service calls are scheduled based on availability. Emergency calls will be prioritized when possible.

  • Missed or delayed appointments due to lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be provided with each invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services.

8. Cancellations

  • Service calls may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

9. Communication

  • We strive to respond promptly to service requests. In the event we are delayed or attending another customer, we will provide an estimated arrival time.
  • Emergency calls outside normal business hours may incur additional charges.
